Hey guys…one of my boys is playing a soccer tourney in Norcross Ga next weekend. Looks like I’m gonna have some time to kill between games. How long would it take me to drive up to dawsonville and see the GRHOF, and what else should I see while up there? Also Congrats to Chase on his most popular driver win!!!

Yo Abe, it might take you 90 minutes or just a few more to the GRHOF from Norcross. If you have time you should go for sure. I’ve been twice last summer and they have really improved the place alot. So if you go then for sure see the museum and then head on over to the Dawsomville Pool Room for some lunch. Another place not too far up the road from D’ville is Amacola State Park/Falls. Its a nice state park with a good trail to see the falls. Also as of recently I think they are doing tours at the race shop where Bill used to run the 94 team and not they work on Chases’ cars. When I went last summer they said no but I think they are doing tours for a few bucks now. Maybe CIndy could clarify that one. The HOF is awesome though. I know Cindy has had a hand in it b/c I saw her there one day when she was setting up an exhibit for one of Bills cars, the 212 car I beleive. Hope this helps.
