What a great decision by Walmart to hire Bill Elliott. I have never been a Walmart shopper but that will change now. Add more races and watch the positive effect Elliott fans and NASCAR can have on Walmart’s business.

This is amazing. I’m looking to make the 12 hour drive to Daytona in July. Hope Bill knows how much excitment he has brought us just by announcing he was going to drive. Any one want to get in contact and have a massive Bill Elliott tailgate pre-race??

I had too tune out Nascar most of the year last year. It just wasn’t the same without Bill. This is great news and get’s me excited again!

egan – It was on this past Monday’s episode. Sorry to disappoint you, but it wasn’t Bill in person. It was him on a poster in a building Mike and Frank were picking. It sure was nice to see Bill standing tall and out-front amongst the others in the poster (I could make out DW and Earnhardt). It was just fun to suddenly see it there on the wall.
Great news on Bill racing in July. I really wanted to see Bill race one more time. Now….I want MORE!! I’m hoping for the Brickyard.

There is no doubt that Bill’s great personality, his genuine demeanor, and his uncanny ability to drive the heck out of anything with four wheels, led Wal Mart and Turner Sports to make their decision. I, like many others, hope this leads to seeing “Awesome Bill” more and more on NASCAR’S tracks!!
